We have been engaged with Continuum since their inception, meeting regularly to get real-world examples of their offering and sharing information with them about our challenges. The true differentiator was that Continuum invested in a long term strategy with us, completely understood where we were as a business and knew that there would be a place for Alteryx , but that timing was of real importance. For Alteryx to be successfully adopted, there needed to be a real business case and key stakeholders needed to be shown how it could be delivered using this solution.

Continuum’s years of experience working within financial services, their depth of knowledge of Alteryx and their flexible engagement process was key to a successful role out within our business. We followed a very agile approach and we were able to shift focus as we learned more from them around what the Alteryx solution could do for us. It was really clever the way they subtlety allowed us to see the opportunities open to use now with Alteryx, but almost allowed us to think we were the ones with all the ideas, with them guiding us.

The solution is being used across our business, in operational teams and client delivery teams, exactly as they predicted, by actual users, not IT technical staff.

As a business, our strategy is to have the appropriate technology in place to support our employees deliver an excellent client experience, Alteryx is a solution that delivers on this and will continue to as we grow it out across our business.
