They have helped our own team develop their skills such that we can solve our own problems, which gives us quicker results that are easier to maintain into the future. This is different from most traditional change projects where suppliers require comprehensive requirements which are then delivered to the letter rather than allowing for real world changes. We have built our own centre of excellence and are able to engage Continuum to enhance the team and pass on their expertise rather than purely outsourcing the work to them. Their pragmatic approach allows us to get quick wins rather than needing to deliver an entire project before value is demonstrated.

We added Simon from Continuum as an additional project resource to assist our team for a large financial system data migration and integration. Whilst he is technically excellent as we would expect from Continuum, he has gone above and beyond in problem-solving non-Alteryx integration problems, and we’ve had no hesitation in giving him additional responsibilities within the project to release internal resources for urgent input into other projects.
