Nicola Holmes, Director of Private Client Services at JTC Group, has this to say of her successes with Continuum and Alteryx ;
“One of our challenges at JTC Group is continually improving efficiency and maintaining a consistent approach across our business - whilst always expanding.
Continuum helped us introduce Alteryx as our data integration solution in 2019 and we have never looked back.
Alteryx has been used within our Operations team on a number of large projects, including system migrations and business integration projects. Using Alteryx on these projects has brought significant benefits and efficiencies.
Data can be taken into Alteryx from a variety of sources, such as directly from any number of core systems or from spreadsheets. Alteryx allows quick interrogation of this data, for example to identify gaps or anomalies. Once an Alteryx workflow has been created it can be rerun on demand, meaning that daily or weekly reporting can easily be created, progress on data remediation can be easily tracked or for projects with multiple changing variables, key outputs can be recreated multiple times with no additional work. Outputs from Alteryx are incredibly flexible and, for example, can be configured to allow easy importing of data back into core systems if required.
On our integration projects, using Alteryx has allowed us to pull together data from multiple sources and standardise this for import into our systems. Alteryx can be used to highlight where there are data gaps or inconsistencies in data, allowing these to be investigated and resolved, then the workflows can easily be re-run to check the results. This creates huge efficiency in comparison to working with spreadsheets over the course of an integration project.
Alteryx is now our ‘go to’ tool for operational projects where we need to review, analyse or transform data due to the flexibility it offers and the efficiencies it has delivered.
We would be happy to recommend Continuum and Alteryx to equip growing businesses for the increasing data challenges that they face.”
