We have been working alongside Continuum for over 3 years. During this time, we have replaced the vast majority of our reporting and data analysis with Alteryx based solutions.

Today we now use Alteryx to satisfy our external reporting requirements, service our clients’ needs, and provide key KPI information to internal management on a daily basis. The Continuum team, led by Dan, have been excellent in providing support throughout this process, from helping Dominion get started using Alteryx and Server installation, to more focused projects. One of these projects involved meeting an external reporting requirement, Continuum’s (and more specifically Matteo’s) help with this project has revolutionised a process which had previously taken 30-40 hours per quarter to complete, into a 2-3 hours per quarter task.

Continuum have also recently provided training for a number of key staff across the business from multiple teams, and jurisdictions, with varying levels of reporting and technology experience. Dominion has considered this training exercise a great success, with a 100% core exam pass rate, with many staff commenting on Ben Banim’s enthusiasm, knowledge and passion for Alteryx.

With our increase in Alteryx Qualified staff, Dominion is already benefiting from a dramatic increase in the quality, and quantity, of data based reporting and solutions across the business.
